Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you buy from UrbanNestly. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To request a return, contact us at support@urbannestly.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Used or damaged goods (unless defective)

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We’ll resolve it ASAP.
